  APPRAISAL EXPERIENCE

May 1998 to Present: Rural Real Estate Appraiser and member of LeMoyne Appraisal, LLC, Twin Falls, Idaho.

June 1996 to May 1998: Assistant Vice President of Collateral Services with
Farm Credit Services.  Responsible for supervising personnel, reviewing appraisal work, and overseeing all aspects of appraisal activity in five Farm Credit Services branch offices.

  June 1992 to June 1996: Appraiser with Farm Credit Services, working in the Twin Falls and Burley, Idaho Regional areas.  Responsibilities included gathering and analyzing market data, compiling market studies, completing appraisals and other duties consistent with the appraisal profession.

  AREAS AND TYPE OF APPRAISAL WORK COMPLETED

              Have completed real estate appraisals on properties throughout Idaho and parts of Nevada, Wyoming, Montana and Nebraska.  Work includes large irrigated and dry farm operations, commercial dairy facilities, potato storage properties, desert ranch operations, recreational properties, city commercial properties, highway condemnation work and other specialized facilities.
